The rooms have ample space for comfort and relaxation.

Unfortunately, my stay was plagued by numerous issues. The cleanliness was subpar. I found hair in the bathtub and dirty dishes in the cupboards. Additionally, the breakfast options were extremely limited, consisting of just a few choices that offered no variety over the days. On top of that, the housekeeping was intrusive, entering my room without prior notice even when I did not request any cleaning.

The two-bedroom apartment was incredibly spacious, allowing ample room for everyone, and the extra powder room was a fantastic convenience.

The kitchen was missing coffee filters for the coffee machine, which would have enhanced our morning routine.

Positive, Huge one-bedroom suite with amazing views of the Petronas Towers. The kitchenette was fully equipped, and having a washing machine/dryer was super convenient. Loved the large balcony too! Check-in and check-out were smooth. 🥳

The spacious room was great, but early check-in fees felt too high for five hours.

I really liked how spacious the apartment was, perfectly accommodating my family and featuring great amenities like a washer and dryer. However, I had major issues with cleanliness and staff responsiveness. Would I stay here again? Maybe if I need space!

Couple getaway with issues

The large living area and fully stocked kitchen made it easy for us to unwind after a long day. Having the washer and dryer was a surprise convenience, perfect for our needs.

It wasn’t a bargain, but we managed to make the best of it.

The spacious room had a great view, making our stay enjoyable. The proximity to local restaurants and attractions was a bonus, and parking was secure and easy. However, the breakfast options were limited with minimal western choices, and one air conditioner issue was not resolved during our stay.

Extra bed confusion led to frustrating experience, but remarkably spacious apartments and excellent location made up for it!

i stayed 4 nights at e&o residences with my family, and it exceeded our expectations during our travels in kuala lumpur. the apartment was spacious, and the amenities made our stay comfortable while we visited nearby attractions. the view of the kl tower was a highlight from our room.

the air conditioning struggled to cool down.

Spacious room, convenient location, the outdoor swimming pool was well-maintained and provided a relaxing atmosphere for families while also being just a 10-minute walk from Bukit Bintang for easy access to shopping and dining.

Some cleanliness issues were evident, particularly in shared areas.
