The total stay was truly memorable for a family vacation. My room at this hotel was great in 1 bedroom. - There were a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and an individual safe. - the property was in the central setting to many tourist destinations at the heart of KL City Center.

The units were brand-new and large with their own separate bathrooms.

Reasonable base for 4 nights with pleasant and accommodating staff. Outstanding staff who are willing to accommodate requests. - Variety of local food available. - Perfectly comfortable location. - Close to the center, cafes, restaurants, and tourist destinations.

Welcoming and helpful staff quickly resolved any issues we had with the spacious one-bedroom rooms, which came equipped with all the essentials we needed. 🌟

We booked guest room, it was huge.

Huge room, two toilets, kitchen with everything you need, panoramic windows, proximity to the center.

Few towels and no TV in the bedroom.

This place has a welcoming family atmosphere, it is centrally located and conveniently close to public transportation, with the added benefit of a restaurant nearby.

the room is big and fully equipped. The garden with the pool is nice.

The staff at the reception is not all good. Not everybody knows how to listen to your needs. The first day at our arrival the sheets had big stains. Very dirty. The next day the room was not cleaned. The third day they changed the sheets and again: stains. You should not expect that. A late check-out (because of a night flight) was not possible. There was not even a room where you could take a shower.

Residence Place is a good choise for any family and these what I found in E&O. Flat has big space + Kitchen where you can cook + Washing machine + has a Living Room + Nice Swimming Pool + gym + Kids Playground.

HouseKeeping Need more improving of making up the rooms but they are not bad.

I have stayed there before and would return here. the location is particularly good and magnificent, just next door to cafes and restaurants, the monorail which gives access to Sentral and all other transport.

Housekeeping needs to be thorough Breakfast is a disappointment because: @ limited variety and skimpy @ not well thought out as no children specific menu @ no consideration for type of dishes for the different nationalities ie Arabic dishes, @ not having the same quality as the e&o finishing. @ typical and expected fruits @ cordial instead of real fresh juices @ flaky and low quality flour use for pastries and bread @ egg station is more of an after thought @ healthy alternative not available @ cereals are limited @ no choice of milk

1. I like hard mattresses and pillows, I found theirs somewhat too soft for my personal liking. But then that is just my personal preference.

The pool was good, and it was convenient to have on-site parking. the hotel had a nice family feel to it. the location was exceptional, close to Lebanese and Turkish restaurants, the airport, and right in the city center. the rooms were accommodating.

breakfast. not much variety i ask for espresso coffee they told it's not included in the voucher . which is available in other 4 star hotel
